Rules and conditions for using ISTSE services, registering for exams and participating in the scholarship olympiad.

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the ISTSE website, services, applications, products, registrations, preparation materials and exam-related services offered by ISTSE / A2 Software Management & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the website or registering for any ISTSE exam or service, you agree to these Terms and related policies including Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Return Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Registration, Rank, Result and Answer Sheet
Rank
For applicable sessions, top written-score holders may be invited for an online/video interview. Final ranks may be decided based on written marks and interview marks. In case of any dispute, the decision of the ISTSE Academic Council will be final and binding.
Result
The final result of ISTSE exam will be published on the member portal. Students can log in to check their result and related details.
Display of participant details
ISTSE reserves the right to display, reproduce, publish and use participant photographs, videos, interviews, names, results or testimonials for recognition, website, social media and partner communications.
Answer sheet
ISTSE may discard answer sheets after the result cycle as per company policy. Queries after the defined period may not be entertained.
Certificate re-issue
Certificate, medal or shield may be re-issued only after collecting the prescribed re-issue or resend charges, where applicable.
Privacy of staff and associates
For privacy and safety, ISTSE will not disclose details of team members involved in question creation, content, evaluation, interview or exam processes.
Special Procedure and Conflict
ISTSE may adopt special procedures for scoring, ranking or evaluation where appropriate. In case of dispute related to syllabus, questions, answers, marking scheme, result, ranking or selection process, the decision of the ISTSE Academic Council will be final and binding.
User Information and Communications
Users agree to provide accurate information and to receive account, service, promotional and exam-related communications through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone or notifications.
Fair Use and Conduct
Any cheating, malpractice, misrepresentation, abuse of staff, disruption, false information or harmful activity may lead to cancellation, disqualification and forfeiture of fees.
Policy Updates
ISTSE may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
