When you register for an exam, submit an enquiry, purchase preparation material or use ISTSE services, we may collect personal information such as name, email, mobile number, class, school and city.
Communication consent
By submitting details on this website, you agree to receive SMS, email, WhatsApp messages and notifications related to your account, exam, registration, services and relevant promotional updates.
Photos and testimony
ISTSE may use submitted photographs, videos, interviews or testimonials for website, social media, news, partner sites and related promotional or recognition purposes.
Log and performance information
When you use our services, we may record technical information such as IP address, browser details and usage logs. When you take a test, we may store answers and performance details.
User Communications
When you send email, WhatsApp, call-back, contact form or other communications to ISTSE, we may retain those communications to process enquiries, respond to requests and improve our services.
Video Recording During Interview
For rank finalization, video interviews may be conducted for eligible top scorers. The purpose of recording is evaluation and review. ISTSE handles such recordings with care and deletes or archives them as per internal process requirements.
